Referral to OAHE, Inc. for services/supports may be initiated by the individual, parents or family members, guardians, advocate, schools, service providers, or other interested persons. Any person with a developmental disability is eligible to receive services/supports from OAHE, Inc. regardless of degree of handicap, ethnic origin, sex, or religion. The Admissions Committee will determine if the agency is able to provide the supports/services the applicant is requesting. All inquires shall be directed to the agency’s Admission’s Committee Chairperson.
